About the Author:
Rachael Stock has made decisions about what gets published and what doesn?t for over 10 years. She landed her first commissioning role at the early age of 24 and has worked for three major publishing houses, commissioning in a broad range of subjects including health, lifestyle, popular psychology, personal development, sport, business and careers. Though she is now both gamekeeper and poacher, Rachael previously resisted the urge to write a book, always suspecting it was easier to scribble all over other people's. She now knows it is.
