About the Author:
Although she's now retired, Diana Bonet Romero devoted her 25-year career to developing and conducting seminars in business writing, technical writing, and listening skills. Ms. Romero was one of the first 100 members of the International Listening Association when it began in the late 1970s. Her client list included major corporations and government agencies in the United States, Canada, and Europe.
Presently, Ms. Romero lives with her husband in Northern California, where she continues her work. She also acts as a writing coach for new writers and enjoys freelance editing assignments. In her free time, she's an avid reader and gardener, depending on the weather.
