About the Authors:
Vivek Viswan V., working as manager in the South lndian Bank Ltd. for more than 11 years, has extensive experience on various aspects of banking. He also has extensive experience in dealing with trade finance, foreign exchange management, ethics and microfinance. He is a faculty member of foreign exchange in the staff training college at the South lndian Bank Ltd. He has also presented papers on business ethics and foreign exchange management in national and international seminars. His areas of interest include ethics, currency analysis, foreign exchange management, trade finance and leverage of IT in business and microfinance. He has also published book on microfinance and foreign exchange management. He is a member of the lndian Banking Association.
M. M. Sulphey is Professor, Department of HRM, College of Business Administration, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, Al-Kharj, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has two decades of experience in the industry and over seven years of teaching experience. A postgraduate in Commerce and Human Resource Management from the University of Kerala and Psychology from the Madras University, he also has an LLB from the University of Kerala. Further, he has a PG Diploma in Personnel Management from NIPM, Calcutta. He has a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Kerala. He is an approved Research Guide of Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore; and Anna University, Chennai. He has published a number of articles in national and international journals.
