About the Authors:
Dr. Surinder Mohan Bhaskar is a Scientist working for the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Govt. of India. He is member of PRSG and various committees He has a Ph.D (Computer Science, Security & Evidence) from JMI University, an M.Tech. degree from IIT Delhi and an MBA degree. He has done a course on Cyber Laws from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. He is member of the Computer Society of India and Indian Science Congress. His research interest is in cryptography including mobile cryptography, key management, PKI, cyber laws,cyber forensics.
P. Ramachandran holds an MCA degree and also has MCSD certification. He has research papers in cryptography and public key infrastructure including key management and PKI interoperability issues. P. Ramachandran is currently a scientist working for Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Government of India.
