About the Author:

Dr Kumar Avinash Prasad Sinha, a distinguished scholar and acdemic stalwart associated with the discipline of philosophy, has worked as a University Professor and Head, Department of Philosophy, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya (India). He did his Masters in Philosophy from Magadh University and was awarded Gold Medal for securing first position. Subsequently, he obtained his PhD Degree from lndian Institute ofTechnology (IIT), Kanpur.

A large number of his research papers have been published in renowned journals of the world. Dr Sinha has contributed a paper titled "Berkeley Ka Darshan" to Vishwa ke Pramukh Darshnik published by Government of India. He has also contributed a paper to Ethics, Religion and Subjectivity. Besides, Dr Sinha was also a co-editor of a published Proceedings of lndian Philosophical Congress. He is also the author of a famous book Value, Obligation and Moral Criterion. Dr Sinha has been a regular participant in International Conferences and Seminars. He is the member of lndian Philosophical Congress and Akhil Bhartiya Darshan Parishad. For the past many years, he has been delivering series of lectures on different topics in other Universities of the country. Many students from India and abroad have successfully obtained doctoral degree under the distinguished supervision of Dr Sinha.

Dr Sinha has earned a name as a guide to IAS aspirants for over 10 years. During this period, he has been guiding IAS aspirants on Ethics, Philosophy and Logical Reasoning. Dr Sinha was associated with Ramaswamy IAS Academy, Delhi. At present, he is associated with Aashram IAS Academy, Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi.
