About the Authors:
M.M. Sulphey, Professor, Department of HRM, College of Business Administration, Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia. He has two decades of experience in the industry and over seven years of teaching experience. A postgraduate in Commerce and Human Resource Management from the University of Kerala and Psychology from Madras University, he also did LLB from the University of Kerala. Further, he has a PG Diploma in Personnel Management from the National lnstitute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Kolkata. He has a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Kerala. He is also an associate member of the Insurance lnstitute of India, Mumbai, as well as a member of the National Executive of the lndian Society for Training and Development. He is an approved Research Guide of Bharathiar University, Coimbatore; and Anna University, Coimbatore. He has published a number of articles in national and international journals. He has also presented papers on management related subjects in a number of national/international seminars. He has authored five books.
Vivek Viswan V., (CDCS) presently working as manager in Bank of Baroda, earlier worked at the South lndian Bank Ltd. He has more than 12 years of extensive experience on various aspects of banking. He also has extensive experience in dealing with microfinance, trade finance, foreign exchange management and ethics. He was a faculty member in the staff training college at the South lndian Bank Ltd. He has also presented papers and articles on microfinance, business ethics, foreign exchange management in national and international seminars. His areas of interest include microfinance, ethics, currency analysis, foreign exchange management, trade finance and leverage of IT in business. He has published books on foreign exchange management and ethics. He is a member of the lndian Banking Association. He has also completed CDCS (Certified Documentary Credit Specialist)
