Agns Hurwitz is deputy chef de cabinet in the Office of the President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, prior to which she headed the Rule of Law Project at the International Peace Academy.
Reyko Huang, formerly a program officer at the International Peace Academy, is a doctoral candidate in political science at Columbia University.
